My mom needed the procedure known as Dilation and Curettage because of midterm fetal death. That abortion saved her life, and preserved her ability to have more kids.
I'm here now because my mom had proper medical care, which included abortion more than 20 years before Roe v Wade.
As usual, "conservatives" have it upside down and backwards. Abortion saves lives - improves the quality of life for those who need it - and should never ever EVER be a decision made by anyone but the woman who ultimately has to make it.
