SCOTUS

So the Supreme Court hasn't blown up - not just yet.

And this is where I try hard not to go all Foil-Hat-Nutty-As-A-Squirrel-Turd on you, but just suppose somebody kinda figured things were a little weird over there at SCOTUS right now - having gotten some real wingnut cheeseballs on the court - and they wanted to disrupt things there in the same way they've disrupted the two "political" branches.

What if you wait til the court is set to make a ruling that's likely to be pretty goddamned disruptive in its own bad self, and you leak a draft of that ruling in order to stir the shit inside the court to the point where it all blows up? I mean everything - the relationships internal to the court, and public perception of the court's credibility, as well as how SCOTUS is seen by anyone involved in any aspect of American government - at any level.
