Oh SCOTUS

So The Supremes "reached down" and scooped up a case from the Ninth District Court, only to then do an "Oops - sorry" and return it to the lower court.

Seems like an increasingly aggressive and activist SCOTUS is signaling something - like maybe, "We're the big dog here - we do what we want - and you do what we want".

And/or maybe they're trying to instruct the players in the wingnut legal community as to which are "the right cases" to bring, and how to bring them "the right way".

"Don't worry your pretty little lower court heads about it. Any case that's plausibly within the scope of Project 2025 objectives will be decided in the affirmative."
