Set your paranoia butterflies free and let's try to imagine a scenario where the plan is to put Trump in office by hook or by crook - and this may in fact be their last shot at this for quite a while, so there's likely to be some pretty bad shit they've got planned.
Anyway, they shoehorn Trump into the Oval Office, and then they pull the plug on him. Fake lord knows everybody's either got something on Trump or they're nursing a grudge against him or whatever, so they should have plenty of bricks to drop on him. And then guess what - hello President Vance.
They were crazy stupid close on Jan 6, 2021. They had to get Pence out of the way so Grassley could step in and do the dirty deed for them, but Pence, for all his many faults, stood fast and gummed up the works.
Vance is fully on board with these asshole plutocrats.
