If Democrats manage to take the House, they have to understand that they're not the governing party - they're the party of dissidents.
Day 1:
- Strip ICE of their powers to raid and arrest
- Nationalize SpaceX and Starlink
- Gut the funding for all but the bare essentials of The Executive Branch
Day 2:
- Get more aggressive
