It always seems a little odd how the party of "no government interference in private matters" keeps stepping on themselves. But then, they've demonstrated over and over again that they're the Ultimate Hypocrites by totally ignoring their own hypocrisy while calling it out on "the left".
Trump is pissed because the committee didn't give him the medal, so his Emperor Complex kicks in full bore and tells him all he needs to do is take a switch to Norway's PM and force him to make the Nobel committee pay for this egregious affront to King Marmalade The Mighty.
