There's no substance to anything Stephen Miller has to say here, but empty assertion is all they've got - they've never really had anything but that.

It's as if they intend to continue relying on the rubes' deliberate ignorance, as they build themselves up into a shadow government - a "deep state" if you will - which is what they've spent four years railing against - because of course, that's what the project is all about.
