Her numbers are a bit off but she isn't wrong. She nails the central theme about what has to happen if we wish to get out of this situation quickly and with minimal casualties.
I hope this has an effect and changes some minds.
That said, it is hard to argue against a decision made from emotion with logic.
IMHO most of the anti-vax crowd decided 'not-gonna', exactly the way a six-year-old does, and then looked around for rationalizations to avoid looking childish. Knocking down rationalizations still leaves the 'not-gonna'.
Losing a job, having higher insurance costs, or a bad Conduct Discharge (BCD, the infamous Big Chicken Dinner), may serve well enough for most as swat in the pants for them to not act like they are six.
Of course, with any large group, there will always be a few that will dig in their heels. You can't save everyone. We can't stop all progress and wait for the very few to catch up. I suppose wolves, and viruses, have to eat too. Somebody has to have to role of 'bad example'.
