It's more than a little possible that we'll be bombarded with posts from self-absorbed, self-congratulating people bragging about all the wonderful things they did in 2024 - and don't get me wrong, some of those people are right to be proud - but just in case you find it all a bit much, know this:
It's OK if the "only" thing you did was to get through it. Sometimes, that's the only thing that matters.
