Schumer's gambit, plus rising unemployment, and a fairly substantial increase in the number of people dropping out of the workforce altogether, could combine to give us a version of the General Strike that some have been calling for (?)
IDK - weird and interesting things can happen at the confluence of seemingly unrelated occurrences.
That said, is anyone going to be surprised if Schumer and Jeffries fuck this up? ("sound and fury signifying nothing")
