Gardens Of Stone - the dialog (at about 35:50) between James Caan, James Earl Jones, and a gung ho DB Sweeney. Sweeney is arguing in favor of volunteering for Vietnam, saying the VC have nothing but bows and arrows. "How do you beat a helicopter with bows and arrows?"
James Caan rebuts with, "How're you gonna beat an enemy who's willing to fight helicopters with bows and arrows?"
If just 3½% of a population simply stand up and say no, even the most hardass regime will fall.
