After a very short research trip thru Wingnutopia - aka: the toxic wasteland of Alt-Right Intertoobz, I have reason to believe I can accurately translate that tweet.

45* called her a dog because he knows the rubes will assume he meant "bitch", and the hardcore meat puppets would know that what he really really meant was "ni@@er bitch".

I apologize first for bringing that word into my blog - my regular visitors know I'm not shy with the language, but I just can't use that word - not even in quotes.
And second, I'm sorry for euphemizing it because that makes you say it in your mind, which can make it just as bad.
