After a very short research trip thru Wingnutopia - aka: the toxic wasteland of Alt-Right Intertoobz, I have reason to believe I can accurately translate that tweet.

45* called her a dog because he knows the rubes will assume he meant "bitch", and the hardcore meat puppets would know that what he really really meant was "ni@@er bitch".
